To establish connectivity between CUCM and FIBERME IP-Phone, it is necessary to enable registration for IP-Phone on the CUCM. This will enable the IP-Phone to connect with other extensions registered on the CUCM
Navigate to Cisco unified serviceability
Navigate to service activation
Select all services
Click save

Navigate to cisco unified CM Administration
Navigate to Device ->phone
Click Add new
– Select phone type “Third-party sip Device (basic)”
Click NEXT
// Navigate to IP-phone and get mac (as: C074AD15035C) NOT C0:74:AD:15:03:5C
– Write MAC-> C074AD15035C
– Description -> write automatically
– Device pool -> Default
– Phone Button Template -> Third-party SIP Device (Basic)
– Owner -> Anonymous
– Device Security Profile ->third-party sip Device Basic- standard sip ……
– SIP Profile -> standard SIP Profile
Click save
Navigate to User Management ->End User
Add new
– User ID ->2121 extension number
– Password->2121 extension Password
– Confirm password-> 2121 extension Password
– last name->DEXTER
– Digest Credentials->2121 extension Password
– Confirm Digest Credentials->2121 extension Password
Click save
Click Device Association
Click Find
– Select IP-Phone you need
Save selected/change
Go back
You will find IP-phone you added
Back to Phone
Edit phone
– Oner-> user
– Oner user ID -> 2121
– Digest User -> 2121
– Click save
Navigate to LINE [1]
Write your Extension
– Directory Number->2121
– Description->2121
– Alerting Name->2121
– Write Display (Caller ID) -> DEXTER
– select Caller Name
– select Dialed Number
Click save
Click on Associate End Users
Select your user ID click -> Add selected

Then go to IP-Phone and add the extension
– Login to IP-Phone
– Navigate to Line
– Enable Activate
– Username : 2121 Write the extension number
– Authentication User: 2121 Write the extension number
– Display name: Dexter Write the name of user
– Authentication Password: Write Sip-Password of extension
– Server Address: IP of CUCM
– Server Port: 5060
– Transport Protocol: UDP
