Is FIBERME Click to Call really free?

Yes. It is free for life, with no trial, no subscription and no account.

What do I need?

Google Chrome on your computer, and SWING Lite WebRTC signed in to your extension in a Chrome tab. SWING Lite WebRTC is built into the FIBERME FCM5600 and FCM7100 series.

How do I turn it off for a website?

Click the FIBERME Click to Call icon in Chrome’s toolbar and switch it off for that website. You can switch it off for every website the same way, and on again at any time.

Tip: pin the extension (the puzzle-piece button in Chrome) so its icon is always in the toolbar.

Does it work with other softphones?

No, it works with SWING Lite WebRTC only. Once it is installed, it finds SWING Lite WebRTC in your browser by itself and turns click to call on.

Will it change the pages and forms I use?

No. In a form field it adds a small dial button beside the number and leaves the field as it is. It skips code, password fields and the text you are typing.

Can it dial internal extensions and outside lines?

Yes. The dial plan in the popup matches your extension numbers, adds your prefix for an outside line, changes 00 to + and handles your national prefix, so each number is dialled the way your phone system expects.
