How does a partner become Certified or Specialist?

Every new partner starts as Standard. A company becomes Certified when its people hold the FVS and FTS certificates (one person or two), and Specialist when one person holds FVS, FTS and FTE. The certificates come from the FIBERME Academy exams, and the category goes up by itself the day a certificate is issued.
