FIBERME offers two FXO gateway models designed to meet different business requirements.

The main function of an FXO gateway is to enable the connection of analog PSTN landlines to your IP PBX system. It can also be used to expand the number of available FXO ports in cases where the IP PBX already includes built-in FXO interfaces

All FIBERME analog gateways follow a standardized naming convention starting with “FAG,” which stands for FIBERME Analog Gateway. The model name then includes the series number and the number of analog ports.

For example, FAG4104 can be interpreted as follows:

• FAG: FIBERME Analog Gateway

• 41: The seties of FXO gateway series

• 04: Number of FXO ports

FIBERME FXO gateway models include:

• FAG4104: 4 FXO ports

• FAG4108: 8 FXO ports
