The FIBERME FCM5405 is designed for small business environments. It supports up to 60 users/extensions and 15 concurrent calls by default.

The system can be upgraded with a one-time license to support up to 300 users/extensions and 60 concurrent calls. These upgrades can be applied in phases:

• Phase 1: Upgrade to 120 users and 30 concurrent calls

• Phase 2: Upgrade to 220 users and 45 concurrent calls

• Phase 3: Upgrade to 300 users and 60 concurrent calls

The FCM5405 is the only IP PBX model in that supports capacity expansion through licensing.

Additionally, it comes with built-in 4 FXO ports and 2 FXS ports.
