FCM-Soft is FIBERME’s software-based IP PBX and call manager, provided as a software solution rather than a hardware appliance.
All features available in the FCM7100 IP PBX are also included in the FCM-Soft version.
So it is identical to the FCM7100 series, but provided as a software-based solution.
FCM-Soft can be installed on either a dedicated physical server or a virtual machine (VM). It is designed to support up to 30,000 users/extensions and up to 3,000 concurrent calls.
The required server or VM resources are calculated according to the number of users/extensions, the number of concurrent calls, and the number of call recording hours you require.
The FCM-Soft license price is also calculated based on the number of users/extensions and concurrent calls.
The Basic package includes 32 users/extensions and 8 concurrent calls.
The Basic Plus package includes 64 users/extensions and 16 concurrent calls.
The Business package includes 128 users/extensions and 32 concurrent calls.
Additional users or concurrent calls can be added only to the Business package. It is not permitted to add more users or concurrent calls to the Basic or Basic Plus packages
