FIBERME Communications LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the SWING Lite mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains our approach to user privacy and data handling.
Information We Collect
SWING Lite is designed with strict privacy principles.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data or user information on our servers.
All data used by the App including SIP account credentials, call history, and configuration settings is stored locally on the user’s device only and remains fully under the user’s control.
We do not have access to:
- SIP credentials
- Call logs
- Contacts
- Call recordings
- Device or network data
How the App Works
The App functions as a SIP/VoIP softphone, allowing users to connect directly to their own VoIP servers. All communication occurs directly between the App and the user’s configured server, without passing through or being stored by FIBERME systems.
Push Notifications
Push notification functionality is supported exclusively when the App is used in conjunction with:
- FIBERME FCM5600 IPPBX
- FIBERME FCM7000 IPPBX Series
Push notifications are not supported with other third-party SIP or VoIP platforms.
Data Storage and Security
All application data is stored locally on the device. We do not operate any backend systems that collect or retain user data. Users are responsible for securing their devices and managing their own SIP server credentials.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
If push notifications are used with supported FIBERME IPPBX systems, they operate solely for call signaling purposes and do not involve user data collection by FIBERME.
User Rights
As no data is collected or stored by us:
- Users maintain full control over their data on their device
- Users can delete all data by removing accounts or uninstalling the App
Children’s Privacy
SWING Lite is not intended for children under the age of 13. As we do not collect any data, no information from children is collected or processed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by revising the “Effective Date” above.
